SHIPPING: For items ON HAND ONLY, Shipping takes 2 - 4 business days via USPS Priority Shipping or UPS. For all other items, depending on the product and destination location, shipping can take up to 2-3 Weeks via USPS, UPS, FedEx or DHL but items can arrive sooner. Please be aware, this is simply an estimate and doesn't include weekends or holidays.If you placed an order you will always receive a tracking number.
- If you receive a tracking number you will receive your items soon, please be patient as delays may and can occur for any unforeseen reason.
- Once an order has been received by the shipping carrier, XTC LÜXS will not claim responsibility for delivery timeframes of packages. Also, we will not take responsibility for lost, misplaced, or incorrectly delivered shipments if the address information provided is incorrect or incorrectly entered at the time of purchase.
SAME DAY/EXPRESS DELIVERY: If the item is ON HAND and you wish to receive your order sooner and have the option, you will be allowed to select one of the Express delivery services provided during checkout.
MISSING PACKAGES: If you experienced a non-delivery or your tracking information states that your package was delivered by the carrier but you have not received it; you must contact us within 72 Hours/3 Days and we will assist you with HOW TO: file a claim with the shipping carrier. XTC LÜXS does not hold or accept responsibility for packages that have been reported as delivered by the carrier but determined to be actually missing. We will assist you in working with the carrier to complete the claims process in any way that we can.
- Please note: Claims can take up to 30 days to complete (depending on the shipping carrier used) and items may or not be covered under insurance. Though the circumstances are unfortunate, unless it is determined that XTC LÜXS is at fault for the missing package, XTC LÜXS will NOT replace the items on your behalf. XTC LÜXS also does not issue refunds or credits for packages that the carrier confirms as being delivered if we are not at fault.
